Royal Critter Sitter Service Options

In home consultation and Royal Critter Sitter meet and greet are FREE!

 

Dog Walking / Exercising ( Dogs up to 70lbs. / Please ask us about pricing for your larger dog ):

  -    $25 for 30 minutes

  -    $5 for each additional dog

 

Cats, Birds, Rodents, Reptiles, Etc.:

  -    $20 per visit*

  -    $5 for each additional cat

       *includes feeding, watering, exercising and scooping

 

Concierge Service:

  -    $50 per trip up to 1 hour.  Additional time at $50 per hour in 30-minute increments.  Includes Critter supply delivery (ALL items           must be purchased in advance), critter taxi service anything else we can assist with.

 

Overnight Stays:

  -    $125 per visit / Your Royal Critter Sitter will arrive at 8:30 PM and leave at 7:00 AM.  The overnight visit includes all applicable               pet visit services as well as clean-up of potty mistakes, watering interior plants, bringing in mail and newspapers and turning             off overnight exterior lighting.

 

 Pet Clean-up Services:

  -    Yard clean-up (dog) : ( $50.00 Minimum )

  -    Litter Box (scoop the poop): $50 per visit-recommended 2 per week

  -    Bird cage change out: $50 per visit-recommended 1 per week

  -    Services available for most other pets with pricing to be determined accordingly.

 

Pet visit / sitting:

 -    $50 per hour for Pet Sitting

 

Holiday Availability and Fees:  All fees $50 additional on Holidays below.

CastleSitter.com Service Options

 

You can choose the frequency of visits that Castlesitter.com makes to your residence: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Additionally, you may also customize your personal home watch plan with any of our additional services.

Home Check Basic Services Package:

​

​Interior Items Checked:

1.   Run water in all sinks, showers and/or tubs and flush all toilets.
2.   Return main water valve to off position.
3.   Check interior spaces, ceilings, doors, and windows for leaks.
4.   Run garbage disposal.
5.   Check doors and windows to see if they are closed and locked.
6.   Check  refrigerator / freezer to confirm operational.
7.   Check thermostat, Run A/C or heat as applicable.  
8.   Check hot water heater for leaks.
9.   Check theft-deterrent timers; reset if necessary.
10. Check electrical box for tripped breakers.
11. Check interior lighting under 8’; replace bulbs as necessary (*)

      * Bulbs and ladder must be provided by owner prior to departure.
12. Check throughout for evidence of pests.​
 

Exterior Items Checked:

1.  Remove accumulated flyers and/or newspapers.
2.  Visual inspection of exterior of home and grounds.
3.  Confirm maintenance performed.
4.  Check exterior house lights (garage, front door, pool, patio etc.)
5.  Check gates and outside storage are secure.
6.  Collect mail.  (On premise only)
